Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

450 g extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed

115 ml water

4 tsps. cornflour, divided

2 spring onions (green part), chopped

What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

115 ml tamari

80 ml fresh orange juice

20 g honey

1 tsp. orange zest, grated

1 tsp. garlic, minced

1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 200 ºC and grease an Air fryer basket.

Mix the tofu, cornflour, and tamari in a bowl and toss to coat well.

Arrange half of the tofu pieces in the Air fryer pan and air fry for about 10 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining tofu and dish out in a bowl.

Put all the ingredients except spring onions in a small pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.

Pour this sauce over the tofu and garnish with spring onions to serve.
